Which just didn’t really happen. He tried though. ↳to not look like guards, he suggests that he and Ava go “window shopping” but use the windows to let them watch the shop door. A group of three roughnecks look to try something with them, but they politely ignore their baiting and return to warn the group. ↳as they head to the cathedral, he hears the raised voices of the upcoming altercation that will be in their way and warns the group. ↳He restrains himself from stopping Bubblegum storm off to interfere with the altercation because they were there to solve the murders and not settle every street altercation. ↳as things get more and more heated, Baal steps in with his diplomacy of 27 to try and bring them all back down to a level of discussion instead of arguing. Thankfully the groups decide to listen to him telling them to listen to the ladies and the altercation ends. ↳Baal goes to talk to the priest, telling the man of their mission and looking for information. They are currently in discussion about how solving the murders would help in settling the distrust between the groups.
