He's also sure that he'd meant to stay on the Earth-One side of the breach, but that was a thing that didn't happen. And he ended up somewhere completely foreign, confused and alone. Unable to open a breach back home. So of course he did his research, tried to find Central City. Nada. Tried to find his doppleganger. Zilch. Tried to find the Flash. There he had some luck.
