Not everything here is out to get Shadowkind. There are organizations who want to protect them from the real bad guys - slavers, hate groups, all of that. The Knights are one of those organizations. They basically do what you and I were doing back in Central City, but they work on a global scale. Wherever there are problems arising and people getting hurt - the Knights step in to try and protect who they can.
