Well, since the game officially opens as of Tuesday -> Wednesday at midnight EST, I figured I would put this up now, so we have a chance to do introductions! Rather than having everyone make an individual OOC post, I thought we could do it all in one get-to-know-each-other post like this.

For one, this game may be different from others you have been in, because when it comes to your original characters, you are encouraged not to OOCly tell other people all about their background/secrets/etc. I'm going to run this as much like a tabletop campaign as possible without bogging it down in rules and mechanics, but the act of being surprised along with your characters, ICly and OOCly, is an essential part of the fun in that! This is why all apps are screened, btw.

However, there are things that would be obvious off your character off the bat, so feel free to talk about any of those things / their surface personality / appearance / skills / etc! And you can use this post to share any other info you think would be useful for others to know about the way you like to game / your time zone / etc. :)

Hello KoL I'm finally in you!

I'm Rin, and this is Ichabod Crane from the Fox Series Sleepy Hollow. Ichabod will be extremely new to this world-- just freshly recruited by Shawn Spencer & Amy Pond. He's an ex-soldier/spy and the other Witness of the Apocalypse. And since I'm super new and inexperienced, most of his memories are chopped out and he's level 1! He'll still be irritably quoting Ben Franklin and whinging about bottled water and packaged meat, don't worry.
