Well, since the game officially opens as of Tuesday -> Wednesday at midnight EST, I figured I would put this up now, so we have a chance to do introductions!  Rather than having everyone make an individual OOC post, I thought we could do it all in one get-to-know-each-other post like this.  

For one, this game may be different from others you have been in, because when it comes to your original characters, you are encouraged not to OOCly tell other people all about their background/secrets/etc.  I'm going to run this as much like a tabletop campaign as possible without bogging it down in rules and mechanics, but the act of being surprised along with your characters, ICly and OOCly, is an essential part of the fun in that!  This is why all apps are screened, btw.  

However, there are things that would be obvious off your character off the bat, so feel free to talk about any of those things / their surface personality / appearance / skills / etc!  And you can use this post to share any other info you think would be useful for others to know about the way you like to game / your time zone / etc.  :)  

I am INCREDIBLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS, GUYS.  And ask you to be open and communicative with me on any questions you might have that crop up as we go along.  \o\

Hello all, I'm Leslie. I'll be bringing the lovely Snow White from ABC's Once Upon a Time to the game! I am a big fan of the show and of all things Grimm/Disney. :)

Snow is gentle and kind-hearted, but don't underestimate her! For the princess type, she has absolutely no trouble holding her own, should the need arise.

To give fair warning, I'm completely new to the tabletop system. If it looks like I have no idea what I'm doing, it's because I don't, ha! Feel free to let me know if you see that I'm muddling things up. :)

Myrilandel (this account) - witchwoman/cleric type who has a pet/familiar which is almost like a cat except it has hidden wings and talons instead of paws :D She's super sweet and makes friends with everyone. She's from a series of books called the Dragon Nimbus History

Thoster - a pirate and a bard! He's an OC who is a ladies' man (or so he thinks). He likes to drink and sing and be the life of the party

Faye Chamberlain - sorceress/witch from The Secret Circle books. She's a bratty teenager who thinks she's a bad ass.
