Tenants of the Knighthood:
The first seven rules are to be followed under any and all circumstances. They define the knighthood and what it stands for. These seven tenants are inscribed above the door to the Round Table room. Failure to abide by these rules may result in being stripped of one's title:

Thou Shalt Defend the Knighthood.
Thou Shalt respect all Weaknesses, and Shalt constitute thyself the Defender of them.
Thou Shalt not recoil before thine Enemy.
Thou Shalt make War against Injustice, without Cessation and without Mercy.
Thou Shalt never lie, and shall remain Faithful to thy pledged Word.
Thou Shalt be Generous, and listen to and Respect All.
Thou Shalt be Everywhere and Always the Champion of the Right and the Good against Injustice and Evil.

The following rules are engraved upon the wooden Round Table, so that they may be read by any sitting there. They are aspirations - things that should be aimed for, but understandably compromisable :

Live to serve all of this world and the other
Live one’s life so that it is worthy of respect and honor
Do not violate the Honored Hierarchy of the Knighthood yet hold each man Equal Before Justice
Live for freedom, Justice, and all that is Good
Never attack an unarmed foe
Never use a weapon on an opponent not equal to the Attack
Never attack from behind
Avoid Lying to your fellow Man
Avoid Cheating
Avoid Torture
Obey the Laws of Man, Country, and Chivalry
Administer Justice
Protect the Innocent
Exhibit self-control
Show respect to Authority
Exhibit Courage in word and Deed
Defend the weak and Innocent
Destroy Evil in all its Monstrous forms that have no capacity for Compassion
Fight with Honor
Avenge the Wronged
Never abandon a Friend, Ally, or Noble cause
Die with Valor
Wynn encourages all knights privately to examine where their weakest point lies amongst these rules and work upon that above all others. He will often have private talks with knights that will prompt them to discover where this weakest point lies.

Divisions of the Knighthood:

The Knights are broken down into sects, which each Knight is placed into at the end of their Squire period, when they are fully knighted. They may request their own sect, or be placed based on the suggestions of the knight or knights they were squired to. The divisions are:

The Dragon’s Hide - Fighters, "those who fight for justice on the edge of the blade"
The Dragon’s Tongue - Diplomats, "those who possess skill at working with people, negotiating, etc."
The Dragon’s Hoard - Scientists, "those who seek knowledge"
The Dragon’s Fire - Mages and Psionics, "those who use arcane magics, or psionics to fight Evil"
The Dragon’s Light - Accolytes, "those who possess divine and healing magics"
The Dragon’s Claws - The elite. See below.
Freelancers - Members of the organization who did not fit into any of these sects, but serve the Knights nevertheless.

Division Heads:

Division heads are not granted any especial powers, but are expected to organize the activities, training, and deployment of people within their sect, underneath Wynn's supervision. They are considered the most knowledgeable about their field, so that members of the sect may come to them with questions and expect wise answers that come from a voice of experience. Section members must fill out mission reports on how things transpired, and file them with their division head. They sometimes have a face to face debriefing with them as well (generally off-screen).

The Dragon's Claws:

These are the elite of the elite. Handpicked by Wynn only upon the death or dismissal of a previous Dragon's Claw, these two are to be the epitome of everything that is a knight. They hold secrets that only Wynn knows. They are the only Knights allowed to, and often asked to, participate in solo missions. They are generally involved in high political actions or the most dangerous assignments. They are expected to be masters of combat, as well as highly intelligent, but above all, pinnacles of nobility and chivalry. They are also taught certain magical abilities upon their ascension to Claw. They are expected to be master diplomats as well. They are not allowed to fraternize freely with members of the regular knighthood, but rather are expected to stand aloof, to eliminate favoritism, much as Wynn distances himself from the social aspects of the Knighthood. Romantic entanglements are to be avoided, and are forbidden with members of the Knighthood. They have unlimited access to the private funds of the Knights, and all other resources. In Wynn's absence, they are the undisputed leaders of the Round Table meetings, and have the final word on actions of the Knights, though they are expected to lead votes among the members, jointly making all decisions based upon the majority rulings. When paired off, they are generally sent with the other Claw, rather than any other Knight. They are charged with the protection of any Knights under their charge above all else. They are expected to be expert battle strategists., and innovative thinkers.

Levels of Knowledge Access

On occasion, the Knights allude to levels of Access Clearance. All Knights are considered cleared for Level 4 information. Outsiders may be granted clearance for higher level information only through Wynn himself. A breech of this is grounds for dismissal.
The levels are:
Level 1 - Information that may be freely discussed outside, not relating to the Knighthood.
Level 2 - Information about the Knights or their doings, that may be discussed outside HQ
Level 3 - Information that may only be discussed outside HQ with those that share Level 3 clearance (all knights, select allies outside the knighthood)
Level 4 - Information that may only be discussed within the walls of HQ, with knights.
Level 5 - Information that may only be discussed in the Anti-Scrying protection circle of the Round Table Room
Level 6 - Information that is top secret, that is shared from Wynn with mostly only Dragon's Claws

Headquarters:

Located 45 minutes to an hour outside of London, England, Knights Headquarters is literally a castle, which operates under the cover of being a privately owned research facility called the Karthur institute. 15 minutes from this is the private airfield of the Knights, who possess three planes, and two helicopters. One of these is Wynn's private jet, and the others are free to be used in any missions. Out front there is a wrought iron gate with a big "W" on the top that splits when the gates open. There is a large pond out front, with a dragon statue in it. The building is massive, done mostly in white marble, and 2 stories, housing:

Rooming for all the knights who are based in London, very posh, private rooms
A massive dining hall with a long table that seats 100
A large kitchen
Multiple bathrooms- in the hallways for the bedrooms, as well as elsewhere
The Round Table room
Parlors
Training rooms for fighters & gyms
A garage full of limos, black cars, and other vehicles, most imprinted with the Knights logo on the side
Separate offices for each of the divisions
A massive library, with separate reading rooms for different topics
A huge garden out back
A great Hall for inductions
A ballroom
Research rooms for technology
Store rooms for potions, etc.
An armory
Computer labs
Rooms for spell book study
Laundry facilities
Recreational areas (billiards, television, a small movie theater area, an indoor pool)

Every day, a ceremony is cast by some mages in the morning to cast an anti-scrying spell over the Round Table room so that no outsiders can magically eavesdrop. To get to the Round Table room, one must proceed to the end of the main hallway, open a glass case next to a giant tapestry that covers the wall, insert a keycard that you are given, and turn it. The tapestry slides away to reveal a torch lit hallway. In this hallway, the walls are covered in paintings, artifacts, tapestries, etc. depicting a giant silver dragon battling shadow creatures, especially Drow. The seven tenants of the knighthood are etched over the archway that leads into the Round Table room. The room itself is huge, holding a large wooden table, etched with sayings. In the middle of the table, stretching up towards the vaulted ceiling is a glass statute of a dragon In the center of this is suspended a sword, which is rumored to be the original Excalibur.

Knighting Ceremony:

All knights are inducted in an elaborate ceremony when they are first squired into the knights, and given the title of "Sir". They are knighted by Wynn, with Excalibur. The ceremony takes place in the Great Hall, which is huge, and the incoming Knight enters in among a red carpet, watched by all attendees, usually hundreds (all knights are invited). At the end, they kneel before Wynn, who reads the tenants of the Knighthood, does a little speech, and knights them, announcing who they are squired to. All attendees cheer, and then proceed to a reception in the ballroom, where dancing and schmoozing occur. Everyone introduces themselves to the newest member, and dress in the finest of evening wear. A famous band is usually hired to perform, and paid exorbitantly.
There is a second ceremony upon their full completion of the Squire period, but it is attended only by close friends and members of the receiving sect, as well as those you were squired to.

Mission Etiquette:

Knights are generally sent in to missions in teams of two or more, with the exception of Dragon Claws, who may undertake solo missions. These missions are either ones of Wynn's own design, or ones undertaken at the request of countries, business men, etc. who often provide payment for services rendered. The Knights never ask for donations or payment.

Other Things / Resources:

The Round Table - Seats 25. Wynn always sits at the far side, flanked by the Dragons Claws, and then the Division heads.
Excalibur pistols - Each knight is issued a specially created Excalibur brand pistol, engineered by the Knighthood. It offers a +1 enhancement bonus to attack rolls and to damage.
Credit Card - You are issued a credit card upon which you can charge things that can be written off as invaluable to the mission. You can also charge hotel stays and meals on this.
Suit of armor - Mostly just ceremonial. Not like a full metal suit, mostly chainmail and decorative, with the Knights silver dragon symbol on the chest.
