Well, since the game officially opens as of Tuesday -> Wednesday at midnight EST, I figured I would put this up now, so we have a chance to do introductions!  Rather than having everyone make an individual OOC post, I thought we could do it all in one get-to-know-each-other post like this.  

For one, this game may be different from others you have been in, because when it comes to your original characters, you are encouraged not to OOCly tell other people all about their background/secrets/etc.  I'm going to run this as much like a tabletop campaign as possible without bogging it down in rules and mechanics, but the act of being surprised along with your characters, ICly and OOCly, is an essential part of the fun in that!  This is why all apps are screened, btw.  

However, there are things that would be obvious off your character off the bat, so feel free to talk about any of those things / their surface personality / appearance / skills / etc!  And you can use this post to share any other info you think would be useful for others to know about the way you like to game / your time zone / etc.  :)  

I am INCREDIBLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS, GUYS.  And ask you to be open and communicative with me on any questions you might have that crop up as we go along.  \o\

Hello! I'm Cass and on the heels of these two well-known canon chars above me I'm bringing you this totally random OC that I made up yesterday. His name is Jameson Bennett and he's a telekinetic Irish thief who's going to be starting out as some sort of acquaintance/associate/person of probably dubious helpfulness before eventually getting dragooned into the Knights through RP.

She's a sixteen year old beta werewolf who is really good at being bitchy and violent, and also loves wearing clothes that fit tight and are low cut because she does what she wants and rocks at it. Or tries to, anyway. (And in case it's relevant info needed by any of the other members of the Teen Wolf cast here, her canon point is 2x12.) Derek isn't a teen, but he is a wolf. he's also landing in the world with zero memories, though most of his personality as a controlling, grouchy asshole with trust issues is going to remain intact. he's also kept his general knowledge, skills, and some werewolf control stuff. technically his canonpoint is the end of S3A, where he nopes off with Cora, but that makes no difference to the level of ??? he's going to have about anything anyone brings up about Beacon Hills.

Hi guys! Kris here with my second character (currently also playing Leia from Star Wars), an aged up Henry Mills from Once Upon a Time. His canon point is episode 3x11, "Going Home" but due to memory loss, the actual last thing he remembers before coming through the Veil is deciding to rip his own heart out of his chest and give it to Peter Pan in an attempt to save magic. So, that's a thing. He doesn't know the outcome of that, and there's some emotional fallout he's grappled with since coming through the Veil, but overall, he's fairly well-adjusted. He was thirteen when he arrived, so he's mostly taken care of himself, and now he's excited about being a hero.

I'm pulling her from 2x20 when she's being transported to Darken Rahl. Basically, she was cool with going with Dahlia till shit went down and then she was so not cool with it. She's forgetting that Dahlia told her that her son needed her help.




Then I also brought in Zoe Weiss, an original character, who is the older sister to Adam. Yep. She's already a knight and has just been out of the castle doing some part-time gigs on the fly for the past few years. She's back now, because SHIT IS GOING DOWN. Also, because her baby brother is probably in over his head anyway. Might as well check on him too.

I'm tossing in Alcide Herveaux from True Blood before it went to shit. He's coming in already established as a knight in-game, but he's been working in the states doing idk werewolf things. With all of the recent Shit Going Down, he's going to be showing back up in London after the APB for reinforcements or whatever.

This means that if your character has been around for a while (either as a knight, or a character native to the game), and you want to work something out, we can set up some established cr. I don't know if this is even something people might want but I've never had the chance to do it so I'm putting it out there in case anyone is interested.

Also if you want to plan for future cr, I'm always down for that too.

Hey, y'all. This is Brian and I brought Oliver Queen from Arrow into the mix. Obligatory gif:



Oliver is a new arrival at the castle and has just joined up with the Knights, but he has been around for a few years now. During that time he (with the assistance of one Felicity Smoak) has been doing the vigilante thing and has likely made the news (if only just the tabloids) in some capacity or another. Over the course of their time in the game world, their focus has sort of shifted to shadowkind-related issues, which they felt equipped for due to their experience with metahumans back home. This conveniently falls in line with the Knights' agenda, and was a major factor in their joining up because a larger-scale organization like the Knights of the Silver Dragon possesses vaster resources (which he sort of lacks here), and a farther/more powerful reach than one lone costumed hero is capable of.

That being said, you are welcome to have your character know of "The Arrow" / "The Hood" / "Robin Hood Men In Tights" / whatever any random ass source of information are referring to the masked vigilante in this world. Or not! It's entirely up to you. They can have heard good things or bad thing or formed their own opinion on him and what he do. This is not obligatory so feel free to ignore it altogether, but I thought it could be a fun thing for people who wanted to utilize it in tandem with any cr they build with Ollie and/or Felicity. I am open to positive and negative cr so really, feel free to run with this any way you'd like to if it's something you might want to play with.

He has probably not explicitly come out and told anyone who he is apart from Wynn (Arden can have Wynn blab to whoever she wants afaic), and there can certainly be rumors and the like. Whatever you want, I am down for errything. :D
