Well, since the game officially opens as of Tuesday -> Wednesday at midnight EST, I figured I would put this up now, so we have a chance to do introductions!  Rather than having everyone make an individual OOC post, I thought we could do it all in one get-to-know-each-other post like this.  

For one, this game may be different from others you have been in, because when it comes to your original characters, you are encouraged not to OOCly tell other people all about their background/secrets/etc.  I'm going to run this as much like a tabletop campaign as possible without bogging it down in rules and mechanics, but the act of being surprised along with your characters, ICly and OOCly, is an essential part of the fun in that!  This is why all apps are screened, btw.  

However, there are things that would be obvious off your character off the bat, so feel free to talk about any of those things / their surface personality / appearance / skills / etc!  And you can use this post to share any other info you think would be useful for others to know about the way you like to game / your time zone / etc.  :)  

I am INCREDIBLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS, GUYS.  And ask you to be open and communicative with me on any questions you might have that crop up as we go along.  \o\

Hello, Knights of Legend! I'm Christine, and while I already know a whole bunch of you, I'm brand new to the game! I'll be bringing you Abbie Mills from Sleepy Hollow.



She's a pretty new arrival in this world, landing here sometime in January and meeting up with Kate Beckett shortly afterwards, who pointed her in the direction of the Knights. She'll be squired to Kate when the time comes, but for now she'll be hanging around and getting her land legs, and probably trying to get her hands on as much information about this world and the Knights as humanly possible. For those who don't know her, she's a police lieutenant turned apocalyptic Witness who is charged with saving all of humanity alongside one Ichabod Crane, her time-traveling partner in crime, who she's currently feeling a little lost without.

While this kind of game setup is mostly new for me, I do have some tabletop and other campaign-based RP experience, and I'm really looking forward to digging in and getting started! I can be reached on plurk at hufflepuffed and on AIM at circusofthedamned -- just shoot me a PP or a PM with your screenname so I can add you if you want to talk there, as I keep my AIM friends-locked. In addition to Beckett I also have got two OC ladies (this is one of them), David Levin from the Everworld books (almost no one knows them, it's okay if you don't), Cora Hale and occasionally I moonlight as Lance Sweets the castle shrink.

So Abbie will probably be accosted by ... all of them at some point because I am a thread hog.

Nick Hawley | Rynn

Hi guys! Rynn here, being a brand new player to the game, but I followed Chris so you can all blame her. :D I'm bringing in Nick Hawley from Sleepy Hollow.



For those not familiar with his canon, he's a treasure hunter and rogue, specializing in rare and hard to find antiquities and relics back home until he gets dragged into cahoots with the Scooby gang in an effort to stop the apocalypse from happening. Not that he's sure that he believes in all that, but there he is.

More recently, he got dragged through the veil while on a personal hunt and lost a few weeks of memories in the meantime. While he originally thought something had gone terribly wrong back in Sleepy Hollow, a run-in with a group of knights got him up to date and landed him here. Which he's still not sure he's pleased about but hey, he'll make the best of it. XD

As for me, I've got some experience with tabletop and D&D under my belt although .'m several years rusty, so bear with me as I get the hang of things again. I'm easiest to reach on plurk at chaneystarr but I can also occasionally be reached on AIM under rynnling. I'm looking forward to playing here so much and interacting with all your characters. Also apologies ahead of time for anything that inadvertently comes out of this idiot's mouth. >.>

Hiii everyone! I'm Steph, brand new and bringing with me one vampire with a positive attitude! Caroline Forbes from The Vampire Diaries, everyone.



I'm bringing Caroline in after the events of 5x22. She's lost all her memories of the supernatural, and of her being a vampire (but she's learned that she is one at this point, and it's been a struggle y'all). For anyone who isn't familiar with Caroline, she is a vampire who's just finished her first year of college. She's cheerful, tries to keep a positive attitude, and can be quite the judgey little judger. She's not afraid to speak her mind, that's for sure, and when she doesn't like someone they know. When she cares about someone, however, she will go to the ends of the earth for them!

I'm not very familiar with tabletop/D&D games, having never personally played them, but trust me when I say I'm gonna be gobbling up all information I can so I do this right. o9 Best way to contact me is on plurk - violentwords. Can't wait to hop into the fray!

We have other players here who have put together sheets based on vampires... I'm not sure if anyone's hooked you up with any of them yet, but they're usually great about working with our new people to adapt canon vamps to our rules.

Hi! I think I have played with you before!

I'm Christina and around these parts I have a heap of people! Someone that will know Caroline though is Hayley Marshall! She's been here since the explosion in the Bayou in 1x19 and has since given birth to a baby girl that she named Olivia here. She has all of her memories from back home, so she's tried to be helpful in that 'fill in the gaps' sort of way. She's currently not on active mission duty - so she's around the castle and taking care of her baby.

From other fandoms, I have here: Faith Lehane, Allison Argent, Malia Tate, Cara Mason, and Felicity Smoak! Then I also have 2 OCs here - this girl is brand new: Cybill (she's a get-away driver) and then Zoe (played by Allison Scagliotti) and she's a psionic/telekinetic that is the older sister to Adam (played by Dave Franco)!

If you have any questions the people here are super helpful and willing to answer them all. I am still learning things all the time, but once you get going it gets easier!!

Hey guys! I know some of you, and I'm looking forward to getting to know the rest of you soon. I'm Alison, brand new to KOL, and I'm starting off in the game with an OC named Baal.




You'll learn soon that he was a pirate in the Middle East who helped out Felicity with a mission and she brought him back to the Knights. He's a character that I've been working on for a few years in different parts of his life that will be in a series of novels I'm writing. He's a charmer, a flirt, and very much not what he would be seen as stereotypically because he strives to be more than what life has handed him. It's also my first attempt of giving him a current day history so if I tend to screw up on my Middle Eastern knowledge, please let me know so I can correct myself! I'm trying to expand my character set outside of American society, so any constructive crit will be welcome to represent properly.

As for me? I've been playing D&D type campaigns since the late 90's - I even helped beta test D&D 5 - but this is the first time I've tried it online so bear with me as I learn the mechanics. Hi everyone! It's Christina and I am bringing "BACK" Jo Harvelle from Supernatural. She has been in the world for 3 years, but away from the castle in South Dakota running a solo mission where she was infiltrating a hunting network that had been profiting off of the killing of Shadowkind (think of how game hunters try to use every part of their kill meets Bela Talbot) and she had been sending monthly reports out to Wynn. Now that her mission is finished she's returning to the castle. All of her reports to Wynn were one-way, so she has no real clue what has been going on in the castle or what activities everyone has been up to since she was here last in 2012.

She will be retaining all of the same CR from when she first arrived, if anyone is still around, and her canon to veil memory remains the same where she's forgotten the events of the hardware store, the hellhound attack on her, and any memories of Dean Winchester beyond Season 2.

Hello, everybody! I'm Raos, brand new to the game itself but already know a fair few of you and going to pretend I didn't have this comment box open for a good five seven hours. Along for the ride is Elijah Mikaelson from The Vampire Diaries & The Originals.



In short, he's an original vampire who is super obsessed with his family & with honour. He's coming from the events of 2x22 of The Originals and remembers basically everything, except for what Klaus did to Hayley. He's a fairly recent arrival to the world, having set up shop in New Orleans because... he's a Mikaelson and they're all unnaturally obsessed with that city. One thing lead to another, mostly by trying to find out if any of his family was here, he was lead to the Knights and here we are.

I'm not overly familiar with tabletop/D&D but I am a super quick learner. If you need me, you can find me @ agebinium or on AIM @ Plasma Chains, though you'll have to let me know because privacy settings. I'm almost always on both unless I'm sleeping, so! He is a damn good pilot, a sass pot, and gender fluid when it comes to sexuality. He also just crash landed his X-Wing in the back yard this morning, so please go freak out.

Second, Amber has granted me the reins to Derek Hale, so I will be taking him over and having him return to the castle! He stayed in Andres after his first mission to help rebuild it, and is going to be returning back after getting that message over the Drakenet. He may have missed you. Maybe.

My name is Shia (it rhymes with Kia, not to be mistaken for actual cannibal Shia Labeouf) and I'm completely new to the game although I have sneaked some peeks every now and again over the years. I'm Rin, and this is Ichabod Crane from the Fox Series Sleepy Hollow. Hi! I'm Emily #3 (????? I think???) but feel free to call me Em or 'hey you' or whatever. I respond to just about anything. I'm bringing in one of the main characters from The Cassandra Palmer Series. It's pretty obscure so don't feel bad if you've never heard of it. I have her app in her journal here and I'm working on putting together an actual in-depth history for her from the series. It's just a little tedious. She's coming in from the end of the 4th book and just finished defeating a god and saving the world while not dying for like the 18th time. Go her.

Back in her canon she's Chief Seer aka Pythia and can do some pretty spiffy things. Powers and such are in her app and I look forward to her possibly getting actual training on how to use them because lol that hasn't happened for her yet. She's also kind of married to a vampire, not that she actually agreed to it or remembers it here. It's fine. It's all just fine.
